Rule 9410

In December, 2009 the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) passed the Employer Trip Reduction Rule 9410, which will require employers with 100 or more eligible employees to implement a trip reduction program. To read more about this rule click here.
